WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING?
Wellness coaching is about encouraging you to change aspects of your life that are unhealthy; for example, changing emotionally unhealthy habits. Even more importantly, I work with you to understand how your present lifestyle contributes to those unhealthy behaviors, and what can be done to change your behaviour so that you can achieve better health.
WHAT WELLNESS PLAN WILL I FOLLOW?
The Personal Wellness Plan is based on the Intro-Pack that a client fills out, and is a co-creation activity. The client leads the process of plan development, as I ask the client questions that help them identify their goals and the reasons for the goals. I'll share my rationale of why I suggest certain strategies. It is the client’s responsibility to accept, decline or adapt any suggestions that I make.
The Personal Wellness Plan may need to be renegotiated during the coaching process. Not only is this totally acceptable, but it offers the chance to refocus.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?
We meet at least every other week, for the sake of maintaining momentum. Once a week may be preferable upon commencement of coaching.
